I didn’t receive a registration e-mail

Try checking your SPAM folder.

If it has been longer than 5 minutes and the registration e-mail has not made it’s way into your inbox (or your SPAM folder), send an e-mail to customerservice@jilster.com.

We can manually activate your account for you.

 

How do I delete my account?

We can delete your account for you. Send us an e-mail if you want to delete your account.

How do I change my password?

When you’re logged in you can change your password in your account settings.

Did you forget your password?

Click on ‘Forgot password?‘. Enter your e-mail address and hit ‘send’. You will receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password.

I’m having difficulties logging in

First, try resetting your password.

If you still can’t login and you’re sure you’re using the right password, try the following solutions:

If the problem persists after you’ve tried all of the above solutions, please send an e-mail to our customer service at customerservice@jilster.com. If possible, include a screenshot or a description of any error messages that may have appeared on your screen. We’re happy to help.

Printed Jilster website on the back cover

The Jilster website and a bar code is displayed at the bottom of back cover of the magazine. Will this appear on the printed magazine as well?

Yes, it will appear in the printed version. The bar code contains important order information needed for the production and shipping process.

In some cases it may be possible to make an exception and have the magazine(s) printed without the Jilster website. However, the bar code is necessary for the production process and cannot be removed.
