What is the delivery period of my magazines?

Usually, we print the magazines twice a week. Check our production schedule on the ordering, payment, and delivery page.
We send all orders by a parcel service that uses a track and trace system because we want to be sure the magazines are delivered correctly.

What does a magazine cost?

The price of your magazine depends on the design you choose, the number of pages, and the number of copies. Check the pricing for more information.

Can I order extra copies of my magazine at a later stage?

Yes, this is always possible. Your magazine will be stored on our server and you can always open the magazine again, add current information (if you want), and order it again, following the regular ordering procedure.

How can I find out what the status of my order is?

After you have finished ordering, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. This e-mail message will contain information on the expected delivery time.

When your magazines have been printed, the printer will ship them by DPD parcel service. That is when you will automatically receive another e-mail: in this message you will find a link to the track & trace information at the DPD-website, where you can keep an eye on the delivery status of your parcel.

Do I need to be at home to receive the package?

We ship the orders on Wednesday, by DPD parcel service. Normally, they will deliver the package on the next working day. We send by track and trace, so someone needs to be at home to receive the parcel. DPD will try to deliver the parcel up to three times. The first time will usually be on a Thursday, and if you are not at home, the second time will be on the day after (Friday); if necessary, the following Monday will be the last day of delivery. The carrier will leave a message if he does not find you at home. You will need to sign a receipt.
