First, try resetting your password.
If you still can't login and you're sure you're using the right password, try the following solutions:

- Using a different browser (We recommend chrome)
- Deleting your browser's temprorary files

Printed Jilster website on the back cover
The Jilster website and a barcode is displayed at the bottom of back cover of the magazine. Will this appear on the printed magazine as well?
Yes, it will appear in the printed version. The barcode contains important order information needed for the production and shipping process.
In some cases it may be possible to make an exception and have the magazine(s) printed without the Jilster website. However, the barcode is necessary for the production process and cannot be removed.
I didn't receive a registration e-mail
Try checking your SPAM folder.
If it has been longer than 5 minutes and the registration e-mail has not made it's way into your inbox (or your SPAM folder), send an e-mail to email@example.com.
