Ordering, payment and delivery

Delivery

We print the magazines twice a week. The final deadlines for ordering are Sunday night (0.00 a.m.) and Wednesday night (0.00 a.m.).

If you order and pay on then we ship it on
Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday the next week Wednesday
Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday the next week Monday

You can order magazines for delivery to Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland and United Kingdom via the online orderform. Please contact us if you would like to have it shipped to another country. We will inform you about the shipping costs seperately.

Orders that have reached us before the Sunday night deadline are usually handed over to the shipping company on Wednesday. On Monday we hand over all orders which are placed until Wednesday night in the week before.

Depening on the country and chosen shipment method we can deliver within 1 - 6 business days after shipping. Shipping costs for normal delivery vary from 5.95 euro to 13.68 euro.

Paying with iDEAL, credit card, or Mister Cash

The chief editor orders the magazine from the newsroom. Payment is possible via MasterCard or Visa credit card.  You can also use iDEAL, the safe online payment method using your own bank account. You can easily and quickly take care of your payment in the familiar online banking environment of your own bank. Our Belgian customers can also choose the Bancontant/Mister Cash payment method.

Order processing

After we have received your payment, we will start processing your order. You will receive confirmation of this. Once we have shipped the order, you will receive an automated e-mail message containing the track and trace number of your parcel.
